Sweat is 45 minutes of fun, no-fuss fitness, for all levels. If you’re looking to work hard and get your heart pumping. Sweat is for you!
Olympic Weightlifting
Build strength, power, and precision with our Olympic Weightlifting classes. You’ll learn proper technique in the snatch and clean & jerk, improve your mobility, and develop explosive strength under expert coaching—suitable for beginners and experienced lifters alike.
CrossFit
Constantly varied, functional movements, high intensity. True CrossFit. Expect to learn new skills and build strength & stamina in a fun environment surrounded by like-minded people. Suitable for all abilities from absolute beginners to seasoned CrossFitters.
CrossFit Kids & Teens
We’re committed to helping kids develop a positive relationship with fitness early on, paving the way for a lifetime of healthy habits. Our CrossFit Kids & Teens programme is crafted to spark a passion for physical activity.
CrossFit Kids is for 5-10yrs and CrossFit Teens is for 11-16yrs.
