Our Classes
Sweat
Sweat is 45 minutes a day of fun, no-fuss fitness, for all levels. If you’re looking to work hard and get your heart pumping. Sweat is for you! A workout to help you build consistency in daily movement.
Foundations
As a newbie to CrossFit, a supportive coach will teach you how to move and build strength & stamina, all at your own pace. Everything is scalable and adaptable to the individual in a safe and friendly environment.
CrossFit
Constantly varied, functional movements, high intensity. True CrossFit. Expect to learn new skills build strength & stamina in a fun environment surrounded by like-minded people.
CrossFit Kids & Teens
We’re committed to helping kids develop a positive relationship with fitness early on, paving the way for a lifetime of healthy habits. Our CrossFit Kids & Teens programme is crafted to spark a passion for physical activity.
CrossFit Kids is for 5-10yrs and CrossFit Teens is for 11-16yrs.
